How can I use the ERC?

You will receive a check from the IRS for each calendar quarter in which your ERC refund claim is approved. The refund claims do not have the same restrictions on usage like the PPP program, so clients receiving a refund are generally free to use these refunds as they see fit for their business, whether that be hiring more employees, improving their infrastructure or saving for the future.
